SINUS DEFENSE: Use 2-3 sprays under the tongue, 2-3 times daily. Adjust number of sprays and applications as needed. For example, if you know you have had a mold exposure, increase dosage or frequency of use. Do not use within 15 minutes (before or after) of consuming beverages, food, or brushing teeth. For children under 12, consult a Health Care Professional prior to use. CELLTROPIN: Use 3-4 sprays under the tongue, 2-3 times a day. After spraying, hold for 10-15 seconds under the tongue before swallowing. Do not use within 15 minutes (before or after) of consuming beverages, food, or brushing teeth. For maximum benefit, stay the course, using 2-3 times a day for at least 1 month. You do not need to cycle on and off this supplement as the benefits will increase with the length of use. It is normal to decrease dosage to 1 time per day once symptoms subside. It designed to be used as an integral and long-term aid for overall health and recovery.

Best way to sum up my experience is "I notice I don;t feel anything bad".
